Nepean All-City Jazz Program Concert
The Nepean All-City Jazz Program joins forces again with the Ottawa Junior Jazz Band for their annual spring concert.
The concert will feature performances by the Nepean All-City Jazz Band under the direction of Neil Yorke-Slader, The Nepean All-City Lab Band under the direction of J.F. Fauteux and Steve Szabo, and the Ottawa Junior Jazz Band under the direction of Mandar Gumaste
When: Monday, May 4th at 7:00 PM.
Where: Earl of March S.S. Auditorium (4 The Parkway, Kanata)
Cost: $20 Adults, $15 Students / Seniors (Cash Only)
A 50/50 draw will also be held to support trips for the three bands.
Knight Jazz 2026
Join us for an evening of amazing music at Knight Jazz 2026, hosted by the Nepean High School Music Dept.
When: Thursday, April 9th at 6:00 PM.
Where: Nepean High School Auditorium (574 Broadview Ave.)
Cost: $10 Adults, $5 Students
This year’s event will feature an incredible program, including performances by NHS Jazz Ensembles, the Nepean All City Lab Band, and the Broadview Public School Jazz Band. The NHS Jazz Orchestra will be joined on stage by JUNO award-winning trumpeter Ed Lister, a pillar of the Ottawa jazz scene.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Ottawa Jazz Festival’s Women in Jazz Fund.

Fireworks in April
The NHS Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Steve Szabo joins forces with the JMSS Senior Concert Band, under the direction of Craig Sheridan for an evening of musical fireworks!
The ensembles will also perform with guest conductor Lieutenant-Colonel John Fullerton to close the concert, and the bands will be joined by the NHS Percussion Ensemble.
The concert will take place on April 2nd at 7:00 PM in the Nepean High School Auditorium (574 Broadview).
Tickets are $10 for Adults and $5 for students.
Nepean All-City Jazz Program Winter Concert
The Nepean All-City Jazz Program joins forces with the Ottawa Junior Jazz Band for our first concert of the year.
Featuring performances by the Ottawa Junior Jazz Band, the Nepean All-City Lab Band and the Nepean All-City Jazz Band, this concert will be held at Earl of March Secondary School on Tuesday Dec. 15th @7 PM.
Tickets are $20 for adults / $15 for students and seniors
